Every fare on this site is built from these numbers, so the estimator, the booking form and your chauffeur's invoice always agree. Prices shown include the class of car. Trips up to 20 km and up to 25 km are a fixed price, and each kilometre after 25 km adds the rate shown. A domestic airport trip is shown in the last column.

How Our Chauffeur Pricing Works
Most chauffeur companies quote by the job, which means a phone call and a wait. We publish the rate card and let the booking page do the maths. Transfers are priced by distance. In the Executive Sedan, any trip up to 20 kilometres is $85 and any trip from 20 to 25 kilometres is $100, then each kilometre up to 65 km adds $1.80, and each kilometre beyond 65 km adds $2.25. The SUV is $10 more, the People Mover $35 more and the Luxury Sedan $80 more. Hourly hire is priced by the hour with a three hour minimum, four for the People Mover, and up to 40 kilometres per hour included, which suits weddings, wine tours and days with several stops.
Tolls and GST are always included. Pickups between 11pm and 4am and on Victorian public holidays add 15 percent to the base fare. International arrivals at Terminal 2 include meet and greet for $35, plus $40 for your chauffeur to wait up to two hours through customs and baggage. On domestic arrivals, meet and greet inside the terminal is an optional $10, otherwise you are collected from the pickup zone. Trips to the airport carry no airport charge. Grand Prix and Cup weekend dates are double the base fare. A return trip is the same fare each way, so the total simply doubles. Child seats and extra stops are added at the prices shown above, and card payments carry a 4 percent surcharge. Nothing else is ever added.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the fare really fixed?
Yes. The fare you see on the booking page for your route, date, time, vehicle and options is the fare you pay. Tolls and GST are included. The only things that change it are extra stops you ask for on the day and waiting beyond the free period.
How do I pay?
Your choice. Pay the fixed fare online by card when you book, with your receipt sent by email, or pay your chauffeur in the car by card or cash at the end of the trip. Card payments carry a 4% fee, and tolls and GST are already in the fare.
What if my flight is late?
We track every flight. Your chauffeur adjusts to the real arrival time, and the first 15 minutes of waiting after landing are free.
Do you charge more at night or on holidays?
Pickups between 11pm and 4am and on Victorian public holidays carry a 15 percent surcharge on the base fare. The estimator applies it automatically when you enter the date and time.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you paid online, cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Under 24 hours we refund 50%, and a no show is not refunded. If your flight is cancelled, you get a full refund. If you chose to pay in the car, there is no cancellation fee. To cancel or change a booking, call 0431 296 173.
